Recently had a bathroom remodel done and the Martino Construction Group was a pleasure to work with. Reliable, professional and always communicated the status of the upcoming work the day before. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Being that this was our first home renovation we didn’t know what to expect. All we can say is Martino Construction Group was fantastic from the minute we met with Vinnie and Rob. They were both so kind explaining everything we wanted to have done. Heather was phenomenal texting us every night with what was getting done the next day. She would always let us know who would be there and what time they would be arriving. Everyone was always on time! We also want to mention how great all the workers were that helped make our dream kitchen and bathroom come to life. We especially want to mention Danny and Wilson! We can’t thank all of you enough and will definitely be calling you again when we do our next project!

After working with Vinny and the Martino Construction team on both of our bathroom remodels over the past eight years, choosing them again for our kitchen was an absolute no‑brainer. I cannot begin to praise the entire Martino team enough! We recently worked with Vinny and his team of true professionals to finish our basement. They turned a dark, old, concrete dungeon into the most beautiful and functional living space beyond our imagination. We had a great experience working with Martino on our recent bathroom renovation. Heather was incredibly helpful throughout the process, we especially appreciated her daily communications on what to expect during the construction phase so we were never left wondering what the agenda was for each day. On site, Vinny, Rob and the entire team were prompt, respectful and truly a pleasure to work with.

They redid my out of date bathroom and I love it. We get compliments all the time. He made sure I was happy even if it meant he had to take out some tiles to redo something he always made sure I was happy with the work they were doing. If he hit a snag with my bathroom like it needing a header he didn’t beat me over the head with extra costs. Very fair.

I want to say that I am beyond impressed with the total professionalism and craftsmanship of every single aspect of the basement apartment that Martinos did got us is beyond by expectations , from the initial estimate and discussions throughout the entire build and process. Only one small issue arose that was rectified immediately m, and it didn’t even delay the completion. After hearing so many horror stories from people about their experiences with construction or renovations I I was beyond satisfied with the job being completed so quickly and without mistakes or lack of communication. I can not say enough good things about Martino Construction. From start to finish they were an absolute dream to work with & helped to bring my visions to reality. Trying to select a contractor for a bathroom renovation is no easy task. Everyone has beautiful pictures on their website but when you call them they don't call you back or you set an appointment with them and they don't show or they tell you they don't do work in your area. Thankfully we saw the beautiful pictures & read the reviews for Martino Construction, and none of the things I mentioned happened! We called/they answered, we made an appointment/Vinny showed up as scheduled. Once we contracted Martino to renovate our bathroom Heather emailed us about the process, suggestions on where to go for materials, etc. Once the work began Rob, our project manager, was available and easy to work with. We received daily communication from Heather and Rob regarding what would happen the next day. All of the subcontractors did great work, were neat and timely. Needless to say we will be using Martino Construction Group for our next project!

We retained Vinny and his team to build out a new finished basement, and renovate an existing guest bathroom. The experience -- from the start when they recommended an excellent architect for the project, to the on-time finish of the work -- was excellent. We've done many home renovation in the past, and have worked with a number of contractors, some more reliable and honorable than other; The Martino Group clearly exceeded our expectations on all counts. Our team was led by Project Manager George, who was great to work with and provided many value-adding suggestions, and whose keen eye assured that every detail of the work was addressed. He managed Vinny's great team of framers, carpenters, rockers, and tilers; plumbers and electricians; and suppliers of the HVAC system, cabinets, counters and shower doors. The work was of top quality throughout. Our sense was that no corners were cut. Throughout the project, we appreciated the clean job site, and the daily text updates from Heather that provided descriptions of the upcoming day's and week's work schedule. On the few occasions when there were a few days' delay on getting a particular trade on site, Heather provided honest information (so different from the BS we've experienced with other contractors). Bottom line: great people, great workers, great work, and a great experience. Clearly, we'd recommend The Martino Group without any reservations.

We had an excellent experience with Martino’s Construction Group during the renovation and transformation of our small kitchen. We selected Martino’s because they were a fully capable construction contractor. Our kitchen was located in the oldest part of the home and Vinny Martino heard our concerns about anticipated problems and structural limitations. Martino’s gave us a realistic proposal at a reasonable cost and estimated timeframe. Martino’s team, including Project Manager Heather and Foreman Rob, were in touch with us daily throughout the project and we were notified each evening of what to expect the following day. Martino’s craftsmen were professional and efficient and they kept the work zone and the surrounding areas clean. As expected, we did encounter some structural issues which Martino’s was able to quickly address with minimal delay to the project. Their crew also inspected materials and appliances for any defects or damage before installation. Marino’s experienced crew was able to satisfy many of our wishes. They were able to work within our space limitations to transform our vintage kitchen into an attractive and inviting workspace. We are so impressed and happy with Martino Construction, they are a wonderful company with such a professional hard working team. We had our two bathrooms redone and cannot be happier with the results, they came out beautiful. The communication with Heather was so detailed that we knew exactly what to expect for the next day, The team were always on time, worked long days and were very friendly. They were so neat and made sure everything was covered before starting, and vacuuming at end of the day. I would and have recommended this company to everyone.

Being new homeowners, we were prepared for the typical contractor experience that you hear about from everyone. Missed timeframes, work going over budget, lack of communication, etc. This was the complete opposite experience from beginning to end. Vinny gave us the most detailed and realistic quote out of the 4 contractors we had give estimates on our Basement project. Work started and finished within the initial timeframe he gave us, and stayed within the estimate budget he set for us. Honest and upfront all the way through.

His operations manager Heather is an absolute gem. She updated us daily on what to expect for the next day, who would be coming, and when they would be there. She helped us on timeframes for items we needed to pick out and helped guide our decisions with her knowledge of current trends and work they have done on other homes recently.

Our project manager George was on site several days a week to ensure the job was progressing at a high level and in a timely fashion. He went out of his way on several occasions to pick up necessary items to make sure the work got done that day and kept the project on schedule. George and Vinny were also was extremely accommodating when we asked them to add an additional project in our home midway through and found a way to fit it in the schedule with no issues at all.

Dan, Ray, and Anthony all did excellent work with the built-ins, cabinetry, and tile work. They took our input and worked with us to deliver exactly what we had envisioned.

Simply put, we will never be looking for another contractor for any of our home projects going forward. Our search will begin and end with Vinny and his crew.

We just completed a total home renovation with the Martino group. There wasn’t a corner of our home that Vinny and his team did not touch. A project of this scale can be overwhelming and prone to hiccups, but they made the process seamless. Heather is an excellent coordinator who stayed on top of every detail. The multiple walk-throughs ensured that every one of our goals was met. Ray and Yakup installed our bathroom tile masterfully. And enough can’t be said about Danny’s carpentry skills. His fine millwork and inset cabinetry far exceeded our expectations. The subcontractors were on time and addressed all of our concerns and feedback. We were beyond impressed by their expert work and professionalism, and we will look no further than them in the future.

We are so grateful to have finally found a construction group that actually communicates and partners with you throughout a project. We recently did a complete bathroom renovation and from start to finish and beyond, Heather was exceptional at keeping us informed on what to expect each day, as well as responding to us immediately and getting our questions and concerned answered. Anthony, the carpenter, was always prompt, clean, but most importantly, knowledgable with great craftsmanship. Each of the staff would ask and check with us exactly how/where plumbing, tile, framing, etc should be placed. Rick was there everyday to check in and get any supplies needed. The bathroom renovation that Martino Construction Group did for us was outstanding, and we can't recommend them enough! We are so pleased with the work Martino Homes has done for our upstairs renovation, which included a full demolition and remodel of two bedrooms, entire hallway and stairs, and our main bathroom. Being a perfectionist and someone who always looks for attention in detail, I can confidently say Martino Homes delivers that and much more. The whole Martino team, truly made my vision (inspired by many Pinterest ideas) come to life without every questioning my decisions or requests. It really is everything I could have asked. They were always fair in pricing whenever additional costs came up, always showed up on time and Heather was a godsend making sure we were in the loop 100% of the time. My husband and I had to have our kitchen redone after having a leak. Since we were getting that done, we decided to redo our bathroom as well. After meeting with other companies, we knew that Martino was the one to go with. Vinny worked with us from day one until the last day. He was at the job site almost everyday. If he couldn’t make it, he made his team video him what they did for the day. When we started getting worried about certain things (this was our first major renovation) he would come to our house (on a Sunday)and calm us down. He reassured us they will do everything to our liking.
Danny was also at the site regularly working and making sure things were getting done right. He made sure his team didn’t leave until everything was done for the day. He was in contact with us regularly on what we need next in the project.
Heather is like the mother of the company. She would text every night letting us know what time someone will be at our house and what they were doing. She would give us a heads up on timelines. If we had concerns or questions, she was able to answer them or take care of them.
The rest of the crew was amazing. Stas was like a Jack of all trades. He did everything, but most of all was a great electrician. Ray and his crew were excellent as well. Hardworking and made sure things were perfect.
Last but not least, I can not forget about Heather. Heather was so patient with us when we were picking out our tile and backsplash. She came to our house to work with us on styles and colors. She was in Floor and Decor and Lowe’s on a Saturday texting me pictures. She had us step outside the box and to go with a backsplash that we would never think of going with. It actually tied the whole kitchen together.
If you are looking for a company that is true to their work, then Martino is the way to go. They worked efficiently. They were always at the job site. They listened and worked very well with us. We had a minor hiccup after our last payment was given to Vinny and he never ghosted us. He made sure the problem was fixed and done correctly. We are so happy with our dream kitchen and bathroom, and very happy that Martino made that happen.

Martino Homes recently renovated the first floor of our home in Stony Brook. This company exceeded our expectations! The entire process was a pleasure. During the initial meeting with Vinny, he understood exactly what we wanted to do with the project and had great ideas and recommendations to improve upon our ideas. Vinny genuinely wanted to make us happy. His hardworking and trustworthy team arrived every day on time, and cleaned up the house before leaving every day with really no mess of the work done that day. Prior to hiring Vinny, we received many quotes from well known contractors in the area, which were well over Vinny's quote, and they did not understand our vision; specifically including trying to talk us out of putting a flush header in between the dining room and kitchen basically because it was too much work. Vinny brought an engineer and assured us that it was possible, and made it happen, which made a huge difference. Heather texted us every night letting us know the team’s arrival time and plans for the next day. We were so happy with the work that was taking place that we added on many additional projects along the way, including millwork and painting (that should have added an additional week of work), and despite this they were able to get everything done a week earlier then originally budgeted. We could not be happier with this company and we will be using them again for many other projects, including our 2nd story renovation / master bathroom. My wife and are very happy that we finally found a trustworthy and competent contractor that will do the right thing and is not out to 'nickel and dime'. Highly Recommend!

I really can't say enough about Martino Homes and their team of people. Vinny-GC, Danny-PM, Heather, Stas, Ray, everyone. Right from the start they were very responsive. Vinny called us the same day I reached out and came by 2 days later to look at the work we wanted to do. He had a ton of suggestions on what would work for our space. Most contractors just check out once the PM takes over but Vinny came by all the time to see what progress was happening and made sure things were running smoothly. Danny was here everyday to make sure what was getting done that day and was hands on to help. They were very accommodating if we wanted to add or change something. From beginning to end someone was here everyday until the job was done in just under 4 weeks. I will miss Heather's daily texts to let me know who was coming the next day and what they will be doing. Looking forward to our next project together.

Just wanted to thank Vincent Martino and his team at Martino homes and construction for doing a great job refinishing my basement. They were on time, clean, and professional throughout the entire process and I would definitely recommend them.
