Long Island Homes – Newly Renovated Exterior

We finished up an exterior project recently, and it came out sharp. Not flashy. Not overdesigned. Just solid, thoughtful updates that did what they needed to do.

The siding was first. The old stuff had taken a beating. We swapped it out for something cleaner, more durable, and easier to maintain. It changed the whole feel of the house without being dramatic about it.

The trim was done in Azek. We’ve been using it more lately. It looks great, and you don’t have to worry about it rotting or peeling like some of the older materials. It frames the house nicely.

There’s ledge stone running along the lower part of the home now. It breaks things up in the best way. Brings in texture, adds weight. You don’t always notice it at first, but once you do, it’s what makes the front feel finished.

We also installed a new slider in the back. Better seal, better look, better function. Not much more to say. It’s just better.

And the soffit lighting? That might be the most subtle piece of it all. But at night, it’s what makes the whole thing come to life.
